Previously, James led a transformational process for Sigma Aldrich and the creation of the largest eCommerce platform in the life science industry, generating more than $1 billion in annual revenue.

Ryan holds a B.S. in Computer Science and an M.S. in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Jeremy holds a PhD in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania and published “How to talk to Data Scientists: A Guide for Executives” (2021, Business Expert Press).

Chris is responsible for technology and business development at Athinia. She brings 20+ years of experience in the advanced electronics application space and a track record of bringing innovations to high business growth.

Wei is responsible for semi-ecosystem value chain, advanced technologies, and sustainability in Athinia. His expertise includes logic process integration, specialty devices, and advanced packaging. Wei has held technical and strategic roles in R&D and manufacturing and encouraged semi-ecosystem collaborations for technology advancements.

Moritz is passionate about developing scalable and sustainable data and analytics platforms. His expertise bridges complex engineering challenges with practical solutions, guiding his team to develop a resilient platform that meets and anticipates the dynamic needs of the semiconductor industry.

Juaquin drives core platform functionality around automation and data security. He's passionate about the intersection of science and data and leveraging scalable data platforms to facilitate collaboration.

Maxi is passionate about delivering transformative data and analytics solutions for the most complex challenges. As the Lead for Software Engineering and Data Science at Athinia, he leads high-performing teams in developing AI/ML applications, digital twins, and predictive analytics that revolutionize collaboration in the semiconductor industry. With a proven track record of driving transformative data ecosystem projects, Maxi bridges the gap between technology and business objectives, ensuring the development of a resilient platform that meets the industry's dynamic needs.

Bowei is a Data Engineer collaborates globally with semiconductor customers to revolutionize the industry. In a rapidly growing engineering team, he drives the development of data pipelines to redefine collaboration, focusing on comprehensive solutions from infrastructure to analytics.

Robert is a data engineer building end-to-end pipelines that fuel some of Athinia’s core platform offerings. With a background in mathematics and computer science, he is passionate about delivering digital solutions that are valuable to customers and ensuring their continued development.

Leonard is a data engineer engaging Athinia's customers and builds end-to-end data pipelines to facilitate data collaboration. With a strong background in software engineering, data analytics and machine learning from his past as a Computing teacher in Singapore's schools, he builds practical pipelines based on best theoretical practices.

Chris is responsible for Athinia's supplier program. He has hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry; from starting up a fab to delivering new products. He is focused on enabling deeper, more impactful collaborations across the industry for better decision-making.

Russell drives Athinia's revenue and business growth leveraging 20+ years of high-tech sales and marketing expertise. With extensive semiconductor industry connections, he fosters collaborations. Moreover, he champions the customer's voice, ensuring a valuable ecosystem tailored to their needs.

Petar is a Senior Data Scientist at Athinia leading the Data Science and Analytics core platform. He constructs machine learning pipelines, leads customer training and provides technical analysis for semiconductor customers. He is the recipient of SEMICON West's 2023 "20 under 30" award.

Asher Sinensky leads Athinia’s Technological and Strategic approach to ecosystem development. Asher has a PhD in Materials Science & Engineering from MIT and has worked in the enterprise software industry for the past 15 years in his role as a Senior Executive at Palantir Technologies. Asher has deep experience in enterprise data covering topics including data modeling, product management, business development, collaborative operations, and sustainability.

Alec serves as part of Palantir’s commercial leadership team and has served in various positions since joining in 2019.Alec has spent 15+  years in commercial leadership roles in other heavily regulated sectors, primarily health and life sciences.He holds a Bsc from University of Maryland and an MBA from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland.

Dr. Adam Schafer serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Athinia. He previously led Supply Chain Strategy for the CHIPS for America program at the U.S. Department of Commerce, focusing on semiconductor manufacturing and sustainability. Dr. Schafer holds a B.S. in Chemistry and Philosophy from SUNY Oswego and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Washington.
